2. Service Fees and Payment Structure
Our service fees are structured based on the type of service provided:
- Consultation Fees: Fixed fees for advisory services
- Commission-Based Fees: Percentage of transaction value
- Retainer Fees: Advance payments for ongoing services
- Project-Based Fees: Fixed fees for specific projects
All fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before services commence through a formal service agreement.
3. Eligibility for Refunds

3.1 Service Non-Performance
If we fail to perform the services as outlined in our service agreement through no fault of the client, a partial or full refund may be granted.
3.2 Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period
For certain services, clients may have a 3-day cooling-off period from the date of agreement signing to cancel services and receive a full refund, provided no substantial services have been rendered.
3.3 Double Payment or Overpayment
Any duplicate payments or overpayments will be refunded in full upon verification.

5. Refund Process
5.1 Request Submission
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our office via email at infoaimsquare@gmail.com within 30 days of the service completion or cancellation.
5.2 Documentation Required
The following documents must accompany your refund request:

After refund approval, the payment amount will be released after 90 days, subject to deduction of applicable cancellation charges from the approved refund amount.

- Any non-refundable deposits paid to third parties

For property sales and purchases, earnest money deposits and advance payments are typically subject to the terms of the purchase agreement and may be non-refundable based on contract terms.
7.2 Consulting Services
Consulting fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered, though partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
7.3 Package Services
For service packages, refunds will be prorated based on services used and costs incurred.
